My phone broke 2 months before my contract expired. The fellow here was so knowledgeable to help me choose the right used phone, and even offered that I could return it and apply the money to my new phone if I come back to Wireless Toyz for a new phone when my contract expires.
When the new phone shut itself down while we were fiddling with it, he offered us a free upgrade to a different phone.
And he took the time to try to recover my numbers from my old phone. It ended up being a lost cause, but an A for effort!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
