Well to start with I'm from Florida. Now it is a proven fact that Carolina BBQ is far from the best compared to say Memphis or Texas or Florida. But i moved here and thought well i will give it a try. Man if Little pigs is an example of Carolina BBQ than i will just have to keep smoking my own. Hey maybe i will start a Florida BBQ restaurant? There meat is waaaay beyond soft it is mush. And is so fine cut it looks like it has been chewed already. Now i know BBQ and I'm well aware of how it needs to be cooked. And the sauce has far to much vinegar. Over all i would go to Sonny's before i go back there. You get allot of food here but what good is that if it isn't fit to eat. I'm thinking maybe they grind it like that do to lack of teeth around here???Who knows. But wont be back there.
