I went to Restaurant Eugene with a group of friends this past Friday night. I was anxious to see what the hype was about. Our reservation was at 6:45...it took our waitress 30 minutes to get a drink order....we had to wait another 15 just to ask for bread while we were waiting for her just to take an order for starters. Cheese tray, pretty good, managed to flag her down for an order for our main course. As the restaurant is filling up(keep in mind we were the first table seated), the restaurant was full and everyone was eating except us. At this point, it was 9. While we were looking at our watches, that is when the waitress could saw the confused look on our faces and told us that the food was coming...we received our food close to 10. Normally, my friends and i would love to order desserts and more drinks, but at this point, we had already been there for three and half hours and were ready to leave.
Pros: water glass was always full
Cons: SLOW service, small portions
