I am a bride-to-be, extremely organized, have always worked with people in my profession and i STRONGLY STRONGLY recommend not going to this store. I cannot express how horrible the customer service was in my experience here. I had travelled from MA to go to this store with my bridesmaids, drove 40 miles from my family's home, had called AHEAD of time (twice) and was told my styles I asked for were IN the store for my girls to try on. This was not the case though and the woman who ""helped"" us was rude, hurtful and incredibly insulting. I had an organized binder with all the styles AND pictures divided up by each girl. They had TWO of 15 dresses I liked after telling me not only that they had 6 styles that I asked specifically for but that they had EVERY sample until it is discontinued. Their selection was limited and the layout was a mess. It was a wasted trip, they lost a customer and I have never been so upset with any service I've recieved from a consumer. I am a very quiet person when it comes to getting attitude so I left very upset and hope that no other Bride-to-be would have to feel this way
