I just ordered the special...double cheese burger, fries and soda ($6.50 or $6.25 can't remember) no onion, no mustard. The woman at the counter up sold me a cucumber soda (love them). Then got charged .70 cent to use my credit card. Hmmm. Total $10.03 .. so much for the special pricing. Seems as though I was charged separately for each item.
I get back to the office...sure enough...there are the onions and mustard. Right there on the beef. As plain as day. I get back in my car to get a new burger. I had to wait another 10 mins in line so I asked for a refund. Got it with no questions asked. So...let's see. I go to get lunch...drive about 5 mins...wait in line...pay good money...drive back to the office...discover order was wrong...get back in my car for another 5 min drive for my refund. They actually cost me money. And my 1/2 hour lunch. BTW...the whole process took about 45 mins. Some might not see this as a big deal. But hey...nothing worse that sitting down to eat meal (while very hungry) and your order is wrong. Very frustrating. Getting one order wrong is a great way to lose a customer. Next!
