I was very excited to become a member of a bank here in town since my recent move to grantsville. Although was i sure surpised when a problem had occured and there inability to handle the situation. I am very dissatisfied with the manager and her workers at the Grantsville Key Bank ! I did actually have to pay a fee as well to close my account 25.00 for accounts closed in first 6 months. Amazing right you have to pay a fee to get out from under terrible customer service ! Grantsville Key Bank was the most unpleasant experience i have ever had banking. Please Warn Family, Freinds, & Local Business before joining Grantsvill Key Bank !
