I was very pleased that they could come out on the same day that I called and the service man was both nice and professional. The price quoted, though, ($289, in addition to the $99 service fee) was over double what I was charged by another company ($155, total). In addition, the service man removed a part without my consent, told me he'd reinstall it, but I discovered that he did not do so.
Pros: Responsive (came out same day)
Cons: Expensive and did not do what I was told they would
