My fiance and I had a good experience when were ordered our save the dates, but had terrible experience when we ordered our wedding invitations. We ordered them five months to ensure that they would arrive on time. We did not get our invitations until 7 weeks before the wedding. They were rude, did not follow up and did nothing to try to make the situation better. I was told it would take 6 days for the invitations to come in, after 12 days I finally got a hold of someone and was told they would be in a few more days. To my horror, they had spelled my husband's last name wrong (after we corrected the proof twice) and got very upset that we were so upset about the error. To make matters worse, when we finally did get the right invations, they tried to charge use an additional $300 over the invoice they had given us when we made the deposit. Needless to say we did not use them for any additional wedding stationary. Pros: Good selection Cons: Horrible customer service more
