Mike's won't install a set of tires on my motorcycle (for any price), because the tires weren't bought at his shop. This seems rather basic to me, you either provide service or you don't. They don't. Guess it'll save me money in the long run, I'll go out and buy the tools (not from Mike's).
Pros: competent work, been around forever
Cons: not very service oriented
