I ordered a large mirror from the company. I was told at the outset that there would be a delay of one day due to staffing shortages. Upon next contact I was told that the order was probably somewhere in the shop but there would be a delay of several days. I contacted Freddie's autoglass and had the mirror within the hour. Freddie seemed to appreciate the business and I subsequently commissioned another project with the same professional treatment.
