I used to love this store. There was a great manager trainee there named Ian. He was totally helpful and very attentive to my pets needs. I recently shopped there and someone else was promoted in his place. The store has fallen apart and I will no longer shop here. The service is not good any more and the employees do not seem as happy or friendly as in the past and the store does not seem as inviting or clean.
Pros: Was good when Ian worked there
Cons: Store is not worth shopping at anymore
