DRM reginal was a very caring doctor but there office staff was nasty from the first office appointment to getting a letter from a collection agency for a bill that we paid 6 months ago..My husband was scheduled for surgery that had to be cancelled the evening before because the office staff did not call for hospital pre-approval for the surgery. Surgery that never was done and he saw his doctor in Pa. It is sad that such a good doctor has such a poor staff
