this two Sam and Craig claim to be great managers - give tenants premium service and are responsive to problems. The fact is they are BS artists and will try to get as much money out of you and do the littlest amount of work for you. all you will hear is excuses from these two. really lame. do not rent from this company if you want to have good landlords because with this company - you are on your own.
if you want to see a bogus service business in action go talk with these two. i was living in one of their berkeley apartment and just got sick of having to plead with them to do anything to fix problems in the building.
they will smile and be very attentive to tenants when they are trying to get money from you or something they want but if you need something from them, they will give you every excuse in the book.
terrible experience - don't make this mistake
Pros: NO pro to renting with them - no tenant respect
Cons: serve the property owner - all activity is for their benefit
