Patients who are often well enough to pay less for Midlantics wheelchair service- later pay full price because the owner lies and writes them down as being bed-confined. The sheets on the stretchers are rarely changed between patients. The owner knows a guy who updates the inspection stickers on the ambulances without inspecting them. And last but not least, many of the drivers have spent time in jail and/or prison.
