2 weeks after placing order, I have not been able to track it. Their order confirmation did not give details in order to track the delivery. Left several phone messages and email messages and did get a response. Perhaps all is well, but I don't know that, because no one gets back to me. I don't want to ask recipient, it's supposed to be a surprise.
Pros: Found unique champagne at good price
Cons: Impossible to get in touch with them
