First time customer, new to area, Charged $3.00 per shirt for starch only on men's shirts; the correct amount is $1.75 per shirt. JD Duz required prepay. I questioned amount charged when went to pick up and the lady stated I had been overcharged, but she did not have the power to give me money back. Come back in a month when boss back from vacation. I paid cash. Talk on phone to manager(person other than boss) and he said he had no power to refund me money either.
