Dont be fooled by the nice area and great schools this place is out to get your mobile home, they will evict people for 60.00 and try to make you abide by new rules they make up when ever they want and if you dont comply well then they write you up time and time again and after that well that is grounds for eviction. but they do play favorites so lets see if they like you well you can brake all the rules and never get wrote up and if they dont they just write you up time and time again. and then if they evict you they do it after two write ups in 6 months they dont tell you as you know this is the new rule so there for the eviction is in place and you cant move your mobile home within the 10 days of the eviction so they get your mobile home so if you want new rules every month, take a chance on just two yes two write ups in 6 months, take a chance on loosing your mobile home then just go ahead and move it there.
