I went to Gordy's with two friends on a Friday night and was really disappointed. At first we went to the bar to order drinks and were pretty much ignored by the female bartenders. The reason we went there was to play Keno, but after a few games, we quit because of the service at the bar. We then sat at a table, and the waitress was friendly and attentive, but the food was below average. We thought we were being ignored by the bartenders because we were black, but we observed other customers be treated the same as we were -- a table nearby sat around for about 10-15 minutes before they were acknowledged. Needless to say, we will not be going back to Gordy's.
