I was shopping in Publix in Fort Myers and a lady was conducting a wine sampling. I hesitated, not because I don't love an occasional sip of wine but because I suffer from GERD. ( horrible heartburn that has made me and the ""purple pill"" lifetime friends.) and the acid in wine often gives me heartburn. The strawberry wine was a delightful surprise! It's light, fruity without being nauseatingly sweet and is very appealing to those of us with a somewhat sophisticated palette and modest pocketbooks. It's flavor is similar to the fine white German wines that are considerably more expensive.
Pros: it's my new favorite
