Food is not fresh, everything is way, way over-priced, staff is rude and can barely speak english (manager too), minimum of $10.00 per order to use an ATM card (not a credit card but ATM). That's rediculous! They obviously believe that they have a captive audiance because they are the only option in a large tower. However, I completely quit going there because the food was consistantly bad and yet the prices are sooo high! They charge by the pound for just salad and they charge a lot so you think that you're not getting too much so the price should be fair but when you get to the register, you wind up paying $13-14 bucks for a freakin small salad! HORRIBLE!!!
