From the beginning I was a bit concerned because I was allowed to have a copy of the contract until I gave a deposit. Then, it turns out that the contract that the deposit was calculated on had many errors, which caused me to give a greater than 50% deposit +9 months before the wedding. Then, after many meetings and emails to get the contract correct, the morning of the wedding, the very expensive flower girl arrangements arrived in magenta with red and magenta ribbon and cost $180. It was supposed to be (and clearly stated on the contract) lilac with pink and blue ribbon. Then when we called to ask and try to get it fixed, I was told it was what I had asked for and they were not going to fix it. The girls dresses were light pink and these did not match at all. They were very rude, and I felt unprofessional the whole. It is sad because they came so highly recommended. Pros: Very nice arrangemetns Cons: Horrible customer service more
