I was charged for ""diagnosis"" of a problem that I told them I had. They confirmed problem and informed I would be charged to settle it even though car is under warrenty. I understand that I may be responsible for the charges but their customer service was the worst I have ever seen. I was given the silent treatment, and none of my concerns were addressed. It was bad enough for me to take the time to write this complaint and I have never done that before. Pros: easy to get an appointment Cons: Disasterous customer service and overcharge more
