I didn't even get in the door so I can not comment on the service. There are no hours of operation listed on the door and when I called to inquire about this as well as service, I was greeted as if I were stupid for not intuitively knowing when they were open, how the process works (of COURSE I had to make an appointment...DUH!) and so forth. Needless to say, I will not do business there. If they treat me this way, I can't imagine how they would treat my dog! This economy can not be so bad as customer service like this suggests they dont really want the business. good luck! PS I had to give them one star as a rating is requited otherwise, I wouldnt have given them that. Shame on you Pretty Coat Junction!
