After many visits to some friends that live here, I've recently signed my own lease at Clairborne Court. The manager, Kacey and her staff have really worked hard the past few years to form an inviting community, and it shows. I haven't noticed any problems above and beyond normal apartment living, ie you occasionally hear the neighbors. I'll deffinatly refer my friends.

Cons: No Laundry Hookups in Apartments
