I actually worked at Boma for about a year. I can say that not only is the food outstanding and the atmosphere wonderfule, the chefs are great. Chef TJ makes the best PuPu platters and fried Oreos! Chef Jenny, Chef David and Chef TJ are who I worked with the most and they were outstanding individuals, teachers and guest service winners. They would go out of their way to make sure that a guest had what they needed and that their experience was one that would be remembered. I learned so much from them about how to help create that everlasting memory that Disney wants every guest to have as well as how to prepare great food. And as stated by ""sashafl"" we were proud to be a leader in vegetarian cuisine for the guests. I am so proud to say I worked there and want everyone to know how wonerful it is.
