I had a sleep study done and found out that I have chronic insomnia. I have had to call the office a couple of times, and as we speak I'm still on hold, only to be put on hold and never have them pick up the phone again. When I do call back and get to talk to someone I've been told that they will ""talk to the Dr"" and get right back to me. I did this on Friday morning and it is now Tuesday afternoon and I'm calling them back!! When people have sleep problems getting the infomation you need or the prescription you need is vital. The office staff certainly need some more training! I'm not sure that I would go back to Dr. Puri as he didn't have anything different to tell me that my regular GP hasn't already said!
