Here it is, mid June, and I have been trying to get my disabled 58-year-old brother's power chair repaired since APRIL!!!!! I more often than not get sent to voicemail, nobody would return my calls....then, finally, I got through and was told the first of June that he needed a perscription to get the chair serviced.... like, wouldn't you think they could have told me that BEFORE!!!!! So, I called the doctor (who was taking a few deserved days off) and requested the Rx faxed to the desk of Shannon who handles this, ineptly I might add. Nearly two weeks later, no contact, I call her back. It's June 12th now. I left three voicemails then I got through. She said she never got the fax, had checked and rechecked. I confirm with her the fax number she gave me. I recall the Doctor's office, they took one minute to search and say they did indeed fax the Rx to her desk on June 8 (again confirm the number) and they gave me the confirmation number of the fax transmission. At least THEY had good records. Still June 12th, !!!! I call Shannon back at 1:53pm and get voicemail. I tell her she did indeed receive the Rx for repair AND for a new wheelchair in addition to the repair on the power chair, give her all the details and ask that she call me back by the end of the day. No call. Again! Cons: Poor Customer Service more
