My stay at this hotel was horrible. This hotel stay was reserved by credit card for june 19 to the 21of 2009 but once I got there I paid cash. My card was still charged for the hotel stay and the GM says its the bank fault that my card was charged for the exact amount I paid cash for which was suppose have been a discount because she sd i waited so long in the lobby. Oh my GOD!! For one the room was not ready past the check in time. I reserved a room for smoking. Upon arrival the maintenance woman was putting a so called new bed in the room, while we stood there in the hot room while the ac was on. It took a few hours for the wall ac to cool the room. The bathroom smelled like a sour towel was underneath the cabinet. The keys were missing on the phone. Not only that the rm says that it has an ironing board and iron was available. However I called front desk for an ironing board and the iron, when the lady brought the items she asked to hold my i.d. until i brought the ironing board back. being that we were trying to enjoy our selves and go out before too late when I took the ironing board back to get my i.d. the lady took my i.d. home and I had to wait for her to bring it back before I went anywhere. Of course we wanted to leave early but she brought my i.d. back around 11:45pm. Now the bed spread had holes in it and what looks to be gum on it. I had to go and buy a blanket because I didnt want to sleep on this mess. Now we were part of a wedding party so there were about 4 rms reserved. My God mother bed in her room broke down, what kind of mess is that. This hotel has poor customer service one of the front desk workers was arguing with a guest in front of me I had to interrupt them by raising my hand to speak so my problem can get resolved because they were arguing about non sense although it was the guest who continued to argue and pick. Oh I almost forgot, there was a huge flying insect that crawled from the cabinet area on the ceiling i called front desk and they did send the maintenance guy this time to take care of this. There were spiders on the ceiling I had to take care of that because I had to sleep in there. This hotel stay was horrible and they are trying to charge me twice for this mess I think they need to pay me for staying there.
