Unfortunately, we are unable to locate any records servicing your last name through our management system. Your complaints are truly concerning and we'd like to speak to you and discuss in more detail as we value your concerns and care to listen. If no selections were made to your purchase prior to walking through the slabyard, then a deposit could have never been requested because it is 50% of your entire order. Deposits are clearly indicated and requested once your entire order has been filled out and selections have been made final. We'd like more information to validate these claims.
