The radiator in my pickup blew out and I was going to take it to the dealership because I'm skeptical about other service shops. But I called around anyway to see what else was available and Mr Cool had a much better price - but that's not what made me decide to try it. From the second I got him on the phone, Jay was super nice. He explained a couple of possible problem scenarios and solutions. He even called and set up the towing for me! Not long after he got the vehicle he called me to let me know exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. Then when I went to pick up my truck later that same afternoon it was ready to go and it works great. This was a great experience - good price and great customer service.
