I can't explain it in 2000 words. They wanted wanted to order a part that my truck didn't need and charged me for labor and diagnostics. After waiting over a year for them to get the part calling them 2 or three times and never getting a return call I took it apart my self and found out that the mount that holds the switches and contact plate was out of adjustment and the reason they couldn't get the part is because the part doesn't wear out. Beside that, that was the whole problem the contacts were not touching. See details at my blog on myspace. My handle is cactushinge.
