I never worked out much before joining Takes Two, other than a bit of jogging. When I joined four years ago, I couldn't do more than one pushup. Now I go five days a week, train with a personal trainer three days, and literally am in the greatest shape I've been in since I was about sixteen. I am 61 years old, look 51, feel 41. The concept of having a "trainer" always seemed to me to be a bit much; but it works! David Moss is an exceptionally talented and caring person and has worked with me on lower back issues until they (knock on wood) have been resolved. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. EVEN THE MUSIC IS GOOD MOST OF THE TIME.
