I have an extremely aggressive little dog (Spitz rescued from an abusive home), and we were nearly banned from our last two vets because he he would attack anyone who approached him. I picked Alexandria Animal Hospital to get my dogs shots renewed because they were close to my house--after reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous, but thought I'd give it a shot.
Dr. Baxter and her assistant were polite, professional, and had me and my dog taken care of very quickly. Nobody was hurt--including my dog--and I felt appreciated and respected through the entire visit. And no drugs were given to my dog to calm him, they just worked in a fast and professional matter, and he was fine! After seeing how my dog reacted when he was tranquilized by his previous vet visit (didn't go well) I was amazed at this. Count me in as a satisfied customer.
Finally, to those complaining about the costs: we live in one of the most expensive areas of the country here in Alexandria. Sure, the vet bill was
