AC work was completed. Primary issue was not addressed. I still get in and start the car to find hot air blowing. The tires were removed for inspection and the lug nuts were not torqued properly as seen by the missing lug nut on the front passenger side and when I checked the rest of the lug nuts several were way over torqued and several were loose.I requested the emergency brake be checked. I was told the check was free but to adjust was $45. When I picked up the vehicle I was told the adjustment was made without my okay. I paid the $45 because I did eventually want to get it adjusted. I checked the emergency brake that day and it does not feel like it was adjusted at all.
