Ya, it is easy to get in to VCA Greenback 'cause all they want is your MONEY.
Our first experience was a misdiagnosis due to their outdated equipment according to their Doctor. We went to another emergency hospital which diagnosed the problem but couldn't perform the surgery so we returned and PAID for the operation. The puppy continued to have some problems, returned to VCA Greenback.
Again, the service was questionable and we felt overpriced. Then, they announced when I asked for the "special food" and the price had increased and announced that more money was owed for a prescription that I had NOT ordered and made it clear to the Vet that I didn't believe in just giving "pills" to my pets for the sake of pills.
I have NEVER been allowed to go back see the rest of their facilities or where they perform procedures on my animals. Only the front examine room is where I am left and they take my frightened animal off on their own. My pets are used to being with me and I feel I should be allowed to stay with them to calm them down and take away some of their fear.
