I've lost 10 pounds already! I'm making good choices for dieting and I'm further inspired to work out and build my work-out routine. My confidence in general is up. I'm drinking more water than ever with clearly positive results. I am better about making checklists to augment my weight loss plan. I am also finding that the more I listen to the hypnosis CD's, I am able to reach a more relaxed state more readily.
