Most of the residents are helpless if they are are not in good health and have no family or friends to check on them. Management could care less what happens to the residents, only maintaining 100% occupancy at any cost. I realize this is not an assisted living facility, but ####! At least show some compassion. What if this were your mother, grandmother, or yourself. There is such a thing as KARMA.
