I was there for tires, and I was happy that I found a location that was able to do alignmnet (while I waited), balancing, flat fix, rotation, rims, fix broken rims and ets. Basically like their ad, I found a retail location with wholesale pricing, and "they did do the right thing" by me. I was happy and to make me happy, that is not an easy job. PS: they got excellent equipment.
Pros: Promises were kept about everything that was offered
Cons: nothing major, just wish the waiting room was bigger
