I have recently started going to this Jo-Ann Fabrics for supplies for blankets to help raise money for the Breast Cancer 3-Day. All of the customer service reps were extremely helpful and very friendly. I received a lot of recommendations and was even told of their upcoming sales for items that I needed and they were able to order supplies for me that were out of stock. I have been to many other craft stores recently but by far this was the best customer service I have received!
