I have insured my car with Liberty Mutual since I got my driver's license. While I had been fortunate in not needing my insurance for many years, I did recently have an accident. An accident big or small can really ruin your whole day! However, from the time I placed the first call to my agent until my car was returned a few short days later-fully repaired-I encountered some of the best customer service I have ever had! I didn't have to chase down paperwork or haggle with the repair shop to get my repairs done well and quickly. I received email reports on my car as things progressed so I was in the loop at all stages but my agent did all the work. I can honestly say that my insurance premium to Liberty Mutual is money well spent for piece of mind. Their standards exceeded my own and they made one of the worst days of my life a whole lot better!!
