Fukuya has a wide variety of very tasty Japanese, okazuya-type foods. It's a walk-in, takeout place that's especially busy around 11:00AM. If it's your first time there, you'd do best to avoid eye contact with a server while curbing the urge to be the next person in the mob to order until you make a list of what you want, lest one of the servers gives you an impatient sigh or a disgusted eye roll.
