This location is absolutely fabulous. You literally stay ON the pier. There is a great breakfast restaurant within a few feet, you're right over the beach. Tons of restaurants, shopping and great night life for a college age crowd. Lots of 'beach bars' and so many great restaurants within walking distance! I recommend The Green Flash, for breakfast (or dinner - right on the beach, you can watch the sunset!)
