The owner of Culver Automotive Dimitry Kamar is a rip-off artist. He charged $120 for a computer diagnostic.He said that the $120 was to be applied to future recommended repairs. The next time I came back expecting to have a $120 credit he charged me $190!!! for AN OIL CHANGE!!! WTF??? I refused to pay and he basically says call the cops you have no proof. He was right, he was careful not to write anything down. This guy is a worm! DO NOT GO THERE!!!
