I spoke to tire world a week before taking my truck into them for a 'free' estimate to get the fixed. Mind you, I already knew exactly what was wrong and talked to them twice before taking my truck into them and was assured that this would be a free estimate and should only take about 2 hours. 4 hours went by and didn't hear a word. I called the shop and they already started to work on my truck and ordered a part that would be in that afternoon that they planned on replacing. I told them not to do any work and I didn't authorize them to do anything but the estimate. I immediately went to pick up my truck and refused to pay anything. They barely spoke to me. The next day I am driving my truck and it overheats. Why? All of my coolant was drained out of my radiator and resevoir tank. My radiator, hoses and thermostat is brand new. Got it checked, not by Tire World, there are no leaks. No reason my radiator should have been bone dry. Coincidence? No. I do not recommend this place to anyon
