VERY UNRELIABLE SERVICE. The staff is discourteous and Rude. I tried to schedule a pool opening and they kept "no showing" for 3 weeks. When they finally showed they didn't even vacuum the pool. When I called to ask what the problem was, the owners said "that?s just the pool business". II've never been treated in such an unprofessional manner.\r
It's unfortunate b/c the retail side of the business is convenient but the staff seems to be content with being rude and unreliable.
