What an unpleasant experience! I had special ordered a piece of leather to be made in to a "leash" for my keys. When I went to pick it up the manager, Terry, could not find it. I went back a second time after she located the item only to find that it wasn't made correctly. She said they could add a snap to correct the error. I went back a third time to pick it up only to discover she was going to charge me an additional $12.95 for the snap. I told her that wasn't right--the error was theirs, not mine. With a dramatic sigh she said to me, "Fine! Have it your way!" She was so rude! I left without the leash and will never go back there! I would recommend you take your business anywhere but here!
