This guy was very friendly and professional at first. But after not getting my clarinet back for over a month, (I still don't have it), I can say that I will never take it back there. The owner keeps telling us that it's done and we can pick it up when he finishes the adjustments but when I call to get a status report, he doesn't return my calls. I'm going to miss a performance because of him. The worst part is that he hasn't tried to make me happy by offering a discount or anything. He simply has ignored me and my attempts to regain my property.
