I've been struggling with my weight since I was about 15 years old and I've never been successful on any weight loss program in the past. I started this weight loss program about 2 months ago and I've lost 23 lbs so far and I'm sure I'll be able to reach my goal. This program probably worked so well for me because it wasn't just about the food for me. It was more about how I felt about myself. Keli helped me realize that I couldn't nurture or care for myself so I used the food to nurture and care for me. Specifically, I eat so much less than I used to, I make much better choices of food and the most important thing is that I don't obsess about food anymore. Before this program I was constantly thinking about food...even after I finished eating I was already thinking about what I was going to eat later that day. That's all changed! Now food is the farthest thing from my mind unless I'm actually hungry. I'm very pleased with this program and I would think it would be helpful for people who have been struggling with food like I have.
