They broke an entertainment center while unloading it from their truck. Their manager wrote down the manufacturer info and promised quick replacement of the broken parts. THREE weeks later and no word from them. I called and they said they lost the info and had become too busy to contact me. TWO weeks after that, they said they were just waiting for the FedEx package from the manufacturer. FIVE weeks after their assertion about FedEx, I still have a broken entertainment center sitting in my family room. Having had only one experience with Big Mountain Movers, I really can't tell you whether they are crooks or incompetents, but they certainly are first-class liars.
