Max's recommendations for taking high quality vitamins and GOOD oils and fat have made a hugh difference in my health. I am beyond ""senior"" citizen age but don't have any of the typical medical problems of those much younger (I take no prescription medications). I attribute my good health to following Max's good eating suggestions, exercising, and taking even his krill oil and cod liver oil. His recommendations are based on an individual's specific needs.
